Responsibilities

Empower Sales to Nurture Prospects and Clients

  • Develop and implement strategies that enable sales team members to nurture leads through the funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • Collaborate with customer success to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

Targeted Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to specific target markets, utilising various channels such as email, social media, and advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI.

CRM Management and Lead Generation

  • Build out and maintain our CRM system to effectively manage key client information, track interactions, and identify potential leads.
  • Proactively prospect and target potential customers using CRM data and other sources, generating new leads and opportunities.

Customer Communications

  • Develop and distribute customer communications including newsletters, social media posts, and targeted emails to engage and retain existing customers.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling materials that resonate with our audience.

Audience Building and KPIs

  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as audience growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Implement strategies to expand our audiences and reach new prospects, continually optimising tactics based on performance data.

Customer Engagement Initiatives

  • Work closely with customers to create case studies, testimonials, and success stories showcasing the value of our products or services.
  • Plan and host webinars, events, and workshops to educate prospects and customers, driving brand awareness and thought leadership.

Existing Customer Communications

  • Develop targeted communication strategies to promote upsells, cross-sells, and new product releases to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and retention efforts.


About You

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing customer-focused marketing initiatives such as webinars, case studies, and customer training programs.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, webinar platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Location: London or within reasonable travel distance.

Type: Permanent/ FTE
