About the Role:

Reporting to our VP of Product, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for driving key initiatives for Jackpot’s web and native products. This role requires deep customer empathy, the ability to experiment, and leverage and create design principles that drive delight in the customer’s journey through our product. This may be the perfect opportunity for you if you’re looking to define the design direction of a product and take it from 1 to 10, all while working with a small, agile, and world class team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Jackpot’s Product Design strategy; investigate UX design requirements for our suite of digital assets, conceptualize and develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand, and define our design standards
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Test new features such as page layouts, page designs, product flows, and new concepts with Jackpot’s users
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Engineering, and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences
• Remain up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology

You Ideally Have:

• Significant confidence and experience working on consumer products
• A deep understanding of design for digital products or services (web and mobile) and a portfolio that showcases it
• Expertise in design and research tools such as: Figma, Usertesting.com, and Adobe Creative Suite
