Senior Manager, User Acquisition

About the Role:

Reporting to our Co-Founder / Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition strategy and execution across multiple channels with a focus on paid advertising on Google, Meta, and Apple Search Ads. You will heavily partner with cross-functional Jackpot team members to deeply understand the Jackpot business, utilize data to craft or optimize media strategies, and ensure alignment across all execution tactics. You will additionally collaborate with external partners to further increase user awareness and engagement with the Jackpot product.

If your “bread and butter” is performance marketing, but you’ve expanded your expertise to cover the full marketing funnel and understand how to leverage multiple channels to drive traffic and increase conversions and sales, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Please note: this role's location is East Cost remote. We are unfortunately unable to consider candidates outside of EST.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive Jackpot’s user acquisition strategies across all digital channels with a focus on paid advertising; manage external agencies or partners to successfully execute on these against the marketing budget
  • Continuously monitor and track campaign performance, identify areas of opportunity, and implement optimization tactics
  • Partner with our Analytics team to deeply analyze user acquisition performance and attribution across all channels to optimize our media mix against Jackpot’s overall business goals
  • Work closely with our Co-Founder to increase awareness and traffic by coordinating and aligning across creative/design, web, PR, and offline to optimize brand messaging, web landing pages, and banners

You Have:

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility directly building, managing, and directing paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta) channels for B2C companies
  • Maintained a deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and the nitty gritty of campaign management
  • Significant experience analyzing data from tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Appsflyer to adjust marketing strategies and drive more conversions
  • A strong understanding of CRO

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience running campaigns on DSP and SDK networks
  • An understanding of the gaming industry
